📦 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

• We package all plants with care to ensure they arrive in great condition.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

• We currently ship across the UK via Royal Mail and Evri.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

• Rates vary based on package size and destination and are calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping on orders over £50!

🌱 Packaging

• All plants are carefully wrapped using eco-friendly, recyclable materials.

• Each shipment includes care instructions to help your plants thrive.

❄️ Seasonal Shipping Considerations

• During colder months, we insulate packages to protect against frost.

• Please make sure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.

📍Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses.

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.

🔁 Returns & Replacements

• Due to the fragile nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.

• However, if your plant arrives unhealthy or damaged, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
