At Potty Plant Lady, our plants are packed with love—and we want you to love them too! Because we're working with living things, our returns policy is a little different than standard retail. Here's how it works:

🚫 No Returns on Live Plants

• Due to the delicate nature of succulents and houseplants, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.

• This is to ensure the health and safety of our plants, and to comply with biosecurity regulations.

💚 Quality Guarantee

• If your plant arrives damaged, severely stressed, or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

• Email us at pottyplantladyuk@outlook.com with photos, your order number, and a brief description of the issue.

• We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

📦 Packaging Issues

• If your plant suffered due to packaging problems, we want to fix it.

• Please snap a photo of the packaging as it arrived and include it when you contact us.

🔁 Exceptions

• Items such as plant pots, tools, or accessories may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original condition.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty.
